Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing 538.bio, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the 538 platform and its users.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
Registration & Identity Verification
Accurate and truthful information must be provided when creating an account on 538. 538 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account registered with false information. Each individual may only operate one account.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 538 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Account Suspension & Closure
538 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, operating multiple accounts, or suspicious activity. Any bonus balance in the account may be forfeited in such cases.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
The following rules must be observed when using 538:
- The platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or make unauthorized modifications to any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gameplay is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing or deceiving other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
538 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any violation of these rules.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 538 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
Bonus & Wagering Terms
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
Fraud Prevention
If fraud is detected on any transaction, the associated account will be immediately closed and 538 reserves the right to forfeit all balances.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
538 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions on the platform. 538 bears no responsibility for the outcome of bets or games placed at the user's own discretion. 538's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on the 538 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 538. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 538 platform may integrate with third-party game providers or payment gateways. These third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 538 is not directly responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
